Bundling 2024: A Year in Review

We reached a number of milestones this year at Bundledocs. From working with over half of the UK’s Top 200 Law Firms, to growth in key markets like APAC and North America, all while enhancing our easy-to-use best-of-breed product for our 1,600+ customers. As we approach the end of the year, our Co-Founders have taken a look back at the year that was.

Growing Our Global Team

Brian Kenneally, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

This year, our team has grown to 20 people across our offices in Ireland, UK, Australia and Canada.  

Lisa Walsh, our Co-Founder, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, marking a key step in the growth of our business. With an ambitious growth plan in place, Lisa’s new role will focus on continuing to scale the business internationally - right from our Irish HQ. We also welcomed Joshua Davies to the team as Customer Support Manager, to ensure our customers receive the unparalleled support they expect from us. 

In building this strong team, we are preparing for a strong year ahead. We continue to support our team members’ own development – whether that’s upskilling or attending industry events to meet our partners and customers. This year, we had team members at key industry events including ALPMA, ILTACON and the British Legal Technology Forum where they had the opportunity to meet with customers. Our team has also enjoyed meeting the engineers, software developers and customer support teams of the future at careers events and as guest speakers to university courses – including Munster Technological University in Cork, where our headquarters is based. 

Bundledocs was also included in the Business Post’s Hot 100 Startups list – an achievement that recognises our team’s hard work since setting up the business in 2019. We are proud to be part of a list of that celebrates the energy, creativity and resilience of Ireland’s emerging businesses.

The milestone has been the culmination of significant investment in our tech stack and efforts to scale our product and business over the past five years. This past year, we welcomed new talent, expanded our capabilities and we now processes over 100,000 documents each day, supporting 6.5k active users each week. I was delighted to speak to the Irish Tech News podcast where I discussed AI trends, security, and much more.
