Bundledocs Announce Expansion Into The New Zealand Market

Bundledocs has today officially announced its launch into New Zealand. Working primarily with the legal sector, the move to this new market comes as global demand for Bundledocs software increased  by 40% over the past year, with businesses increasingly turning to digital and remote solutions.

Bundledocs’ e-bundling solution streamlines the document creation process for lawyers and support staff, creating professional fully indexed, hyperlinked and sectioned electronic bundles. The company has also announced a range of new features that will help customers comply with the latest New Zealand Superior Courts protocols, significantly reducing the time and manual processes needed to construct electronic casebooks.

Commenting on the announcement, Bundledocs Head of Sales for APAC, Nick Goldrick said:

“We are delighted to now be working with customers across New Zealand. As a global cloud-first solution with a client base that includes some of the world’s leading law firms and large government bodies, the functionality of our solution when it comes to our customers is always a priority. From speaking with legal professionals on the ground here, we knew that our document bundling software would address issues they were facing when it came to labour intensive and time-consuming document management.

By creating a cloud-first, completely paperless workflow, organisations not only reduce paper waste but decrease costs and create significant efficiencies

“Our software is primarily used to create electronic bundles for a range of practice areas such as Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Commercial, Family and Medical Negligence. By creating a cloud-first, completely paperless workflow, organisations not only reduce paper waste but decrease costs and create significant efficiencies. Our new feature set for the New Zealand Superior Courts will ensure firms remain compliant with the structure required by Superior Court Protocols, while reducing the possibility for human error. We look forward to expanding on our current client base within New Zealand in the coming months”.

The feature enhancements created specifically for the New Zealand market allows firms to automatically create court structured electronic casebooks required under Superior Courts lodgement rules. This completely automates the process of converting List Numbered documents and hyperlinked references to their Common Bates Numbers.

Bundledocs has over a thousand clients in over 34 countries. In late 2020 they were the first electronic document bundling tool on the market to receive ISO 27001 compliance.
