How Do I Sort Documents Alphabetically

These are the steps you need if you’re looking to sort documents in alphabetical order.

  1. Enable Dates. The first thing you need to do is enable the document dates to appear on-screen. This is not the default and can be easily switched on. Simply select the ‘Edit Details’ option and choose to ‘Show Document Dates on Screen’. Once this option is selected we will be able to see, at a glance, our document dates and more importantly our sorting options.

  2. Arrange Documents Alphabetically. Sorting document in description order can be done with a single click. Select the arrow icon to sort either ascending or descending order.

That’s it. Your documents will be instantly arranged in alphabetical sequence. Need to amend or change the document name? No problem. All you need to do is double-click.

How Do I Sort Documents in Date Order?

 
 

Sorting documents with Bundledocs is incredibly easy. Here’s how it works…

  1. Show Dates. The first thing you will need to do is show the document dates on-screen. This will allow us to see at a glance our document dates and amend if necessary. Simply select the ‘Edit Details‘ option and select ‘Show Document Date on Screen‘.

  2. Arrange Documents Chronologically. Sorting document in date order can be done with a single click. Select the arrow icon to sort either ascending or descending order.

3 Steps to Print Bundles Double Sided (Both Sides of the Paper) - Video

In a recent post, we mentioned that the Supreme Court of Victoria (including the Court of Appeal) issued a notice earlier in the year regarding the form in which court books, books of authorities and appeal books should be printed. They stated that they should be printed in hard copy and printed double sided.
